How do I cancel Ali Ali Plus?
iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Ali Ali Plus → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ali Ali Plus → Cancel.
Plus keeps working until the end of the month or trial you already have.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so they handle refunds.
iPhone: go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose "Request a refund".
Android: go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, choose the purchase and "Request a refund".
I bought chips or Plus but don't see them
Open the game → Settings → Restore purchases, and check you're signed in to the same Ali Ali account. Still missing? Email us with the game name and the date you bought it, and we'll sort it out.
Does one membership really work in every game?
Yes. Sign in with the same Ali Ali account in each game and your Plus membership follows you. Chips stay inside each game.
How do I invite friends to my table?
During a game, tap the 👥 button, pick the chat and send the "Join my table" bubble. Friends on Android get a text with a link. Your friend takes a computer player's seat at the start of the next round.
How does the 🧧 gift of Plus work?
Buy a month of Plus for $4.99 and send it as a red envelope in Messages. Your friend taps it to open one month of Plus in every Ali Ali game. It never renews.
I found a bug
Thank you! Email us the game name, your phone model and what you tapped just before it happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@alialigames.com from the address you signed up with and we'll delete your account and its data.
