Privacy policy
Last updated: October 25, 2026
Ali Ali Group Games ("we") makes games including Da Mah Jong, Big Two and Let's Chat. This policy explains what we collect when you use our games and website, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: the email address or Apple/Google sign-in you choose, and a display name.
- Purchases: which membership or items you bought and when. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never see your card number.
- Game progress: chips, items, rank, streaks and league points, so they're the same on every device.
- Messages to support: what you send to support@alialigames.com, so we can help you.
- Basic app information: such as app version and crash details, to fix problems.
Voice chat with friends is live and is not recorded by us. A selfie you use for an avatar is used to make the avatar.
How we use it
To run the games, keep your progress and membership, answer support requests, prevent cheating and fraud, and improve the games. We may use automated tools, including AI, to help sort and answer support emails.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that run the games for us (for example our database host and email service), with Apple or Google for purchases, or when the law requires it. If we add an advertising partner, we'll list it here first.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child gave us information, email us and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@alialigames.com. Deleting your account removes your progress and items.
Keeping it safe
Your information is stored with access controls so each player can only see their own data. No system is perfect, but we work to protect it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for big changes, tell you in the game.
